Supports customer billing and invoicing by processing, validating, and submitting invoices; resolving billing inquiries with sales, operations, and finance; learning financial systems and order-to-cash processes; and contributing to process improvements. The intern must be pursuing an accounting, finance, or business degree, work part-time through 2026, and demonstrate organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Supports customer restoration efforts during emergencies, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays, and may visit plants for inventory and training. Delivers proactive customer service while managing multiple tasks and following SOX and credit and finance procedures.

Provides inside sales and administrative support by processing customer purchase orders, coordinating fulfillment with plants, procurement, and logistics, handling customer inquiries, reconciling inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation. Delivers proactive customer service and supports storm-related restoration orders, occasionally working nights, weekends, or holidays. May visit plants for inventory assistance and training and must travel approximately 5%.

Administers, supports, optimizes, and enhances Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, OTM, and related enterprise applications. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages incidents and enhancements, supports integrations, testing, security, SOX controls, audits, and quarterly updates. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Oracle Support, and service providers to translate business requirements into system solutions. Provides documentation, end-user training, data validation, and subject-matter expertise for process improvement and system adoption.

The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for office support tasks including data entry, facilities oversight, handling inquiries, and maintaining office supplies and documentation.

Lead Corporate Engineering by setting strategy, standards, and priorities; manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and budgets; coordinate engineering across business units; drive capital project execution, FEED/FEL governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment; support Transformation Office and report KPIs to enterprise leadership.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to standardize processes, configure applications, support testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, perform data analysis and reconciliations, and drive change management including training and documentation.

Lead enterprise strategic planning, market and competitive intelligence, and corporate development. Drive annual and multi-year strategy processes, identify growth and acquisition targets, build financial models, lead due diligence, and support M&A integration while coaching business leaders and monitoring plan execution.
