Manage and grow strategic customer accounts for building automation and related solutions. Build deep customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead consultative sales and negotiations, coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored IoT, software and services, and meet revenue and order targets.

Designs and configures process automation systems (primarily Experion PKS). Produces functional design elements, ensures solutions meet requirements, supports commissioning/SAT, improves quality/efficiency, and collects on-site customer feedback while adhering to HSE and organizational initiatives.

Lead and oversee enterprise classification program: develop policies, ensure uniform application, manage classification projects, coordinate across DOE sites, supervise staff, track budgets, mitigate risks, and report program status.

Lead mechanical design and product lifecycle projects to implement cost reductions and supply-chain resilient designs for fire and life-safety products. Manage VE/CE projects, perform component/product qualification and testing, support obsolescence resolution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and manufacturability.

Lead enterprise legal strategy for government contracts and cybersecurity. Advise on FAR/DFARS/DPAS and cybersecurity regulations, draft and negotiate contract terms, support incident response and regulatory notifications, drive compliance programs (SAM.gov/CAGE, audits, supplier screening), partner with CISO/CTO/engineering, and manage a Government Contracts Analyst to reduce risk and enable business operations.

Drive revenue through channel partners by building and managing partner relationships, executing channel programs, meeting sales targets, and coordinating cross-functional support to enable partner success.

Lead enterprise classification program: develop and implement classification policies, oversee derivative classification and personnel, manage budgets and projects, coordinate across DOE sites, mitigate risks, track program progress, prepare reports, and recruit and develop team members. Must obtain and maintain Q Clearance.

Lead design, engineering, testing, installation, commissioning and handover of Gas Leak Detection Systems (GLDS) and third-party PLC systems. Manage third-party vendors, produce detail engineering (hardware/software/HMI/BOM), perform FAT/SAT, site commissioning, loop checking and cut-overs, ensure quality/safety compliance, and liaise with customers and project leads.

Support HSE data analytics and reporting for Building Automation: develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse safety data to identify trends, ensure data integrity, support month-end performance reviews, and enable automation and digitalisation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Own relationships with installed-base customers across LATAM: resolve issues, advise on upgrades/migrations, develop aftermarket proposals (spares, service contracts, software), drive bookings and forecasts, meet sales quotas, maintain CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel regionally as required.
