Manages strategic supplier relationships and business plans to achieve financial and operational goals. Administer and enhance Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including hybrid synchronization, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, SAML application integrations, and identity security controls. The role troubleshoots DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, replication, and federation issues; supports upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, compliance, RBAC, and least-privilege access. It also partners with application owners and vendors to implement enterprise SSO solutions and improve identity security posture.

Manages supply chain programs supporting customer service, forecasting, inventory planning, supplier collaboration, and strategic initiatives. Analyzes customer demand and trends using MRP concepts, develops forecast models, evaluates inventory aging, and maintains program configurations for product lifecycle changes. Partners with customers, sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency, profitability, service levels, and partner satisfaction.
