It also identifies opportunities to use AI and intelligent business process management to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Manages corporate or regional cash positions, liquidity, cash forecasting, wire transfers, investments, borrowing facilities, and financing access. Identifies and mitigates financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, and operational risks. Maintains banking relationships, coordinates with business units and financial institutions, ensures transactions comply with company policies and regulations, and supports financial process improvements using automation and AI tools.

Own enterprise AI adoption by developing change strategies, measuring engagement and behavioral change, designing role-based training, leading employee communications, maintaining the AI Hub, and assessing workforce readiness. Partner with HR, communications, IT, Microsoft, executives, and regional teams to build trust, improve AI literacy, and sustain adoption across a global workforce.

Supports the migration of overseas design registration business into Asia by coordinating with American and European counterparts, aligning pricing with local suppliers, resolving issues with sales teams, tracking project status, managing account tasks through global systems, and improving processes. Requires independent judgment, cross-regional communication, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Owns process documentation, SOPs, process mapping, customer playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyzes operational, quality, and financial data to identify root causes, develop performance metrics, evaluate process effectiveness, and recommend sustainable improvements. Leads cross-functional teams, conducts cost-benefit analyses, facilitates training and presentations, and applies Lean or Six Sigma methods to improve productivity, quality, safety, decision-making, and cost efficiency.

Oversee office facilities management, lead teams, manage projects for office space design, handle vendor contracts and conduct site evaluations across South East Asia.
