Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with pre-qualified guests, build rapport to identify travel preferences, present and close Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products, follow up with clients, meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, apply company sales methodologies, attend training, and maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting team goals.

Support resort financial operations including nightly audit review, accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, payroll preparation, daily deposits, inventory audits, billing resolution, vendor/contract tracking, and assisting management with audit and accounting tasks.

Sell and present Hilton Grand Vacations Vacation Introductory Packages to guests; complete program agreements, survey toured guests, meet sales metrics, resolve complex customer issues, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
