Lead and manage an on-site Vacation Sales Ambassador team to meet package sales targets. Recruit, train, coach, and retain sales representatives; monitor performance versus goals; collaborate with hotel partners to enhance guest experience; promote and sell mini vacation packages; manage hiring, orientation, and performance management to achieve budgeted sales.

Engage Bass Pro Shops customers to present and sell vacation ownership opportunities, provide concierge-style recommendations, meet individual and team sales goals, and participate in ongoing training.
