The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. The role partners with hiring managers, engages passive and diverse candidates, builds long-term talent pipelines, and develops talent acquisition strategies. It also requires completing quality-system documentation, training, compliance, and process improvement activities.

Owns the Service Desk product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and continual improvement initiatives. Partners with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to improve ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, self-service, automation, knowledge management, reporting, and employee support experiences. Defines priorities, success metrics, business cases, and product outcomes while ensuring alignment with ITIL practices, security, regulatory, and service management requirements.

Owns and prioritizes agile product team backlogs, translating product strategy, user needs, business rules, and regulatory requirements into actionable stories and acceptance criteria. Partners with design, engineering, quality, cybersecurity, regulatory, data, vendors, and stakeholders to manage delivery, dependencies, releases, defects, compliance, and product outcomes. Represents users, validates completed work, supports traceability, and uses delivery data to improve quality and team flow.

Owns strategy, vision, roadmaps, discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for digital products. Partners with design, engineering, data, clinical, commercial, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and privacy teams to deliver compliant solutions. Leads customer research, investment decisions, lifecycle management, performance measurement, release readiness, and continuous improvement while aligning stakeholders and managing risks in a regulated medical-device environment.

Supports medical device sales and account management within assigned territories. Partners with Territory and Regional Managers to achieve revenue goals, promote Inspire therapy, develop business plans, provide clinical and technical support during procedures and device activations, educate customers, and build stakeholder relationships. The role may support territories outside the primary assignment as business needs require.

Leads enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, financial modeling, capital allocation, cash management, and finance systems administration. Develops executive insights and supports strategic investment decisions. Oversees reporting automation and process improvements while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Supports revenue modeling, account and physician performance analysis, KPI evaluation, variance and trend analysis, dashboards, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews. The intern will compile and interpret large datasets, develop financial models, present findings, and contribute to process-improvement projects while collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A stakeholders.

Performs daily accounting activities including sales transaction review, invoice and credit memo processing, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue reporting, and month-end close support. The role researches discrepancies, supports SOX controls and audits, maintains financial schedules, and contributes to reporting, process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. Requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and cross-functional communication.

Defines and evolves enterprise data architecture supporting analytics, reporting, governance, integration, and AI capabilities. Designs scalable Lakehouse and Medallion architectures, data models, contracts, APIs, and event-driven integrations. Establishes governance standards and trusted data products while aligning platform investments with business and regulatory needs. Leads modernization initiatives, develops data strategy and roadmaps, supports KPI frameworks, mentors technical talent, and guides distributed engineering teams.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations. Coaches leaders, analyzes workforce data, ensures employment-law compliance, and develops scalable HR programs. Supports U.S. Sales and Patient Outcomes within a regulated medical-device organization.
