Examine and cure title defects, prepare closing and post-closing packages, handle customer inquiries, and support branch marketing, training, and backup escrow/manager duties as needed.

Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks including invoice processing, payment releases, account reconciliations, and vendor file maintenance while providing administrative support.

The Post Closing Coordinator handles post closing processes, assists with document recording, tracks loan releases, and provides customer support.
