Serves as the strategic liaison between Global IT and business functions, managing technology roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, budgets, resources, and value delivery. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder communication, documentation, process improvement, transition to operations, and development of HR project management standards and governance. The role manages multiple initiatives, collaborates with internal teams and vendors, and drives delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Perform month-end US GAAP close, prepare monthly financial reporting, KPIs and variance analysis; analyze profitability, costs and inventory; support finance manager and plant management; drive process efficiency; prepare budgets and forecasts; ensure compliance with company procedures.

Define ERP and enterprise application architecture direction and roadmap. Build customer relationships, identify applications, generate opportunities and quotations, develop channels and key accounts, collaborate with engineering and R&D, document successes, and report activities in CRM (Dynamics 365). Regular territory travel required.

Manage sales and marketing for dust collectors and components, expand aftermarket parts sales, develop new customers and opportunities, perform market analysis, support engineering product selection, handle quotations/documents, resolve customer issues, and support IAF account management.
