Lead sales operations across the US and Canada, managing operational pricing, trade spend programs, and sales incentive plan administration. Design, implement, and optimize high-performance C/C++ software for embedded Linux and Windows platforms. Develop low-latency wireless communications (Wi‑Fi, BLE, NFC, UWB), apply security/encryption best practices, and troubleshoot hardware–software interoperability. Provide technical leadership on cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture and engineering practices. Collaborate on DSP and audio/voice processing and integrate industrial protocols and AI tools as needed.

Lead and architect enterprise AWS cloud and DevOps platforms; build cloud-native applications and IaC; establish cloud/security/observability patterns and paved paths; mentor engineers and coordinate cross-organizational initiatives to industrialize AI-augmented software delivery.

Support credit analysis and risk rating using statistical models and data; monitor AR performance, aging, trends and compliance; advise business leaders on credit exposure and DSO initiatives; review/approve credit limit and payment term requests; lead small projects and support global governance, process improvement, and reporting for KPIs.
