Build IaC and automation (Terraform), enhance CI/CD, observability, reliability, and cost efficiency, lead production incident investigations, and collaborate with DevOps, SRE, software, data, AI, and security teams.

Lead reliability for a serverless AI inference platform: own observability and SLO/SLI frameworks, build automation and tooling, manage incidents and on-call, define deployment safety (canaries, rollbacks), influence architecture with product teams, and mentor other SREs.

Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and microservices that manage cloud networking (VPC, firewall). Develop high-quality Python code, internal libraries, and services; participate in design reviews, testing, documentation, and mentor other developers while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements for public sector customers: design and demonstrate Akamai CDN, security, and cloud solutions; manage technical proposals, run demos and POCs, track account activity, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end UX for complex enterprise security products: translate user research into intuitive interfaces, own interaction models, evolve and maintain design systems in Figma, collaborate with engineers, and promote design best practices and adoption across teams.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and usability of network infrastructure for Akamai Connected Cloud. Define requirements and SLOs, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with dev/QA to improve code and stability, troubleshoot complex network issues (on-call), and mentor teammates while driving architectural standards.
