Acts as the primary technical advisor to senior stakeholders, removes engineering impediments, supports pre-sales scoping and proposals, identifies account expansion opportunities, mentors technical teams, and develops internal AI accelerators and reference architectures.

Serve as the technical authority for client engagements, aligning solutions with business, security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and cost requirements. Own end-to-end product marketing for a major subscription product release, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, stakeholder communication, project coordination, and website content maintenance. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers while translating technical developments into clear narratives and execution plans. The role requires a versatile, hands-on generalist comfortable with ambiguity, digital and AI-enabled environments, and independent ownership.

Lead client engagements and design scalable data architectures, pipelines, integrations, databases, and cloud-based distributed systems. Implement CI/CD and DataOps practices, manage stakeholders, deliver technical projects, and advise senior clients.
