  • Put data governance in place (quality, traceability, monitoring).
  • Train and support users (business teams, analysts, data scientists, etc.) in using the tools and assets developed.
  • Take part in every stage of the project, from diagnosis through to production rollout and change management.

Example projects

  • Implementing a customer data model to steer marketing performance.
  • Building pipelines for predictive maintenance.

As part of the firm’s internal activities, you will also:

  • Develop or strengthen the firm’s expertise through training, working groups, the distribution of internal and external materials, and R&D work.
  • Contribute to the firm’s visibility by taking part in the publication plan (sector blogs, studies, press coverage, etc.) and in client events.
  • Support business development by contributing to the definition of client needs and taking part in commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

Master’s level degree (Bac+5), from an engineering school or business school with a specialisation in data science, statistics or marketing, with 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in the data field.

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced command of SQL and of data transformation tools.
  • Experience with at least one Cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure).
  • Strong command of dimensional modelling and schema design.
  • Desirable knowledge: infrastructure & orchestration – Terraform, Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Airflow.
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Versioning (Git), CI/CD, analytics testing.
  • Languages: fluency in English is essential, with business proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cnatonese) highly advantageous

Additional assets we value:

  • An understanding of business challenges and the ability to propose suitable solutions.
  • An interest in business topics: marketing, finance, logistics, energy, transport, industry, CSR, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex topics simply, together with strong analytical skills and rigour.

Finally, are you curious and do you enjoy working as part of a team? Would you like to join a dynamic and motivating professional environment? Do you share our values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, sharing, care for others and work–life balance?
