Lead strategy for retail and spatial projects by researching consumer behaviour, mapping end-to-end customer journeys, partnering with designers and architects, creating persuasive presentations and briefs, mentoring junior staff, and using AI tools to accelerate insights and inform buildable, immersive brand experiences.

Lead end-to-end corporate brand identity projects, create and document visual identity systems and guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present and implement brand solutions across digital and physical touchpoints, and support governance and evolution of brand systems while adopting emerging tools and AI workflows.

Lead and manage key client relationships for brand-led business transformation. Align client needs with Landor capabilities, steer teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on scope, collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research and Brand Experience, and drive commercial growth and profitability.

Serve as the main client contact for one or more brands, coordinating internal teams, managing budgets, scopes and timelines, presenting strategic solutions, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital, packaging, or retail brand experience.
