- Craft compelling stories and presentation decks that clearly explain the vision and win client buy-in.
- Develop strategic briefs that inspire award-winning creative work and stand-out physical experiences.
- Write clear experience frameworks, spatial briefs, and point-of-view pieces for pitches and new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them see new possibilities for their physical stores and brand spaces.
- Mentor junior strategists and designers, offering day-to-day guidance to help them grow their skills.
- Manage direct reports through regular check-ins, honest feedback, and career development chats.
- Keep projects on track strategically while keeping an eye on timelines, targets, and project scopes.
- Use AI tools in a smart, creative way to speed up research, find inspiration, and sharpen insights.

- A clear understanding of customer journeys and how people naturally move through and interact with physical environments.
- Natural storytelling skills with the ability to turn raw data and research into simple, inspiring strategic narratives.
- Confidence leading client conversations, presenting big ideas, and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Passion for retail design, hospitality, environmental branding, and emerging consumer behaviours.
- An eye for how digital technology, lighting, and materiality enhance physical brand spaces.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members with a focus on supportive leadership.
- Familiarity with research tools, strategic mapping frameworks, presentation tools (Keynote/PowerPoint), and AI-driven insight software.

That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
