Lead technical direction and architecture for a reusable, cross-commodity Supply & Demand platform. Lead engineering teams to modernize and scale a cargo data platform. Partner with Product and stakeholders to define roadmaps, improve delivery and operational ownership, manage incidents, and grow technical leaders through coaching, hiring, and performance management.

Develop and maintain backend services, data pipelines, APIs, and user-facing features. Write clean, well-tested code, debug production issues, contribute to design discussions, support system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while documenting implementations and operational processes.

Partner with RevOps Manager to analyze revenue data, improve order-to-cash processes, harmonize CRM and BI data models, build and audit dashboards, investigate system gaps, and support cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth.

The Account Executive will drive new account acquisition in Africa, manage territory sales, provide client insights, and support cross-functional teams while meeting sales targets.
