Use structured discovery to recommend setup (tagging, feeds, channels, budgets), coach customers via playbooks and in-product guidance, track funnel metrics, and provide prioritized feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve conversion and onboarding.

Lead an engineering team building high-volume, highly available data processing systems on large private Hadoop clusters. Design data models, own architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable ETL pipelines processing billions of events daily.

Lead development, administration, and governance of executive compensation and equity programs. Prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials, perform benchmarking and financial modeling, support proxy disclosures, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and advise on hiring, promotions, severance, and regulatory matters.
