Provide financial and accounting consulting across the deal lifecycle: analyze historical and pro forma financials, assess quality of earnings, working capital and forecasts, perform company and industry research, prepare reports and client deliverables, communicate with clients and internal teams, and support buy- and sell-side transaction processes.

Provide incident response and offensive security services: respond to and investigate cyber incidents, perform penetration testing and adversary simulations, assess cloud and enterprise environments, produce reports and remediation recommendations, support scoping and business development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-stakes client matters.
