  • Interact directly with senior leaders and clients, understanding how they operate under the pressure of crisis situations and techniques to manage this.

  • Work as part of a wider international team and collaborate with sector experts from across FTI.

  • Play a central role in business development and marketing initiatives, building your professional network and your understanding of running a practice – including good financial management.

  • Work with our Graduates, Consultants and Senior Consultants to nurture and develop our pipeline of talent.

  • Join the Strategic Communications segment at a time of exciting growth and expansion.

More broadly, we are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programmes focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. We aim to promote continuous learning and individual skills development through on-the-job learning, self-guided professional development courses and certifications.
