Provide frontline IT support and experience services: manage request queue, configure and ship assets, maintain inventory and supplies, QC hardware, support printing/engraving, process deliveries, improve IT processes, and assist with projects.

Provide administrative and operational support for corporate travel: process travel requests, coordinate bookings and changes using Egencia, maintain itineraries and records, monitor travel inboxes, assist with monthly reconciliation and expense documentation, and support the travel team and vendors to ensure policy-compliant travel arrangements.
