Provide onboarding and ongoing support for PCM Nurture and storefront/API products via chat, email, and phone. Guide account setup, training calls, and data imports; troubleshoot or escalate issues; manage VIP accounts; document recurring pain points; complete daily administrative and reporting duties using internal systems and LiveAgent.

Lead and own the companys SQL Server data warehouse, replication, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Power BI analytics. Design relational models, optimize performance, establish data governance, and partner with business teams to deliver accurate, scalable reporting and semantic models.

Make outbound calls to warm leads, connect with business owners, and close Daily Mailer campaign sales. Work full-time in-office with company training, leave upbeat messages, multitask, collaborate with the team, and use Word and Excel as needed.

Serve as primary post-sale contact to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly. Coordinate between customers, design, mailing list, and print/mail teams. Manage phone, email, and live chat communications, meet deadlines, multitask, and maintain high-quality customer service until order completion.

Own and optimize SEM, SEO, PPC, and paid social across three in-house brands. Plan and launch campaigns, conduct keyword and competitive research, collaborate with content/design/web/analytics, monitor budgets and bids, analyze performance, and scale programs to drive growth and conversions.

Handle inbound sales calls (no cold calling) with provided leads, qualify business owners, recommend marketing services, close deals for commission, and collaborate with the team. Receive paid training and work full-time in-office on a structured commission plan.
