Lead firmware architecture, design, implementation, and validation for embedded products. Mentor engineers, drive testing strategies, debug complex issues, integrate firmware with hardware, improve development processes, and participate in project planning and documentation.

Participate in Jabil’s materials rotation program across inventory control, planning and purchasing, and production planning. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, executing MRP, issuing purchase orders, managing supplier performance, scheduling production, identifying material shortages, coordinating with manufacturing and purchasing teams, and supporting on-time delivery. A bachelor’s degree is required, with supply chain or logistics coursework preferred.

Requires expertise in CAD, FEA, tolerance analysis, DFM, serviceability, manufacturing processes, and stage-gate development.

Develops and modifies embedded hardware and PCB layouts, evaluates electronic components, analyzes moderately complex circuits, and supports prototype assembly, power-up, debugging, and functional verification. Collaborates with system architects, suppliers, and manufacturers to implement reliable designs and improve product quality. Requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of embedded hardware design or related engineering experience.

Assists the Test Engineering Lead and supervises test and debug technicians in a manufacturing workcell. Assembles, tests, diagnoses, repairs, and documents test equipment and systems. Maintains equipment calibration and preventive maintenance records, monitors station performance, manages test accessories and spare-part inventory, supports new equipment commissioning, executes test operations, and contributes to continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.

Provides legal counsel and governance oversight for environmental compliance, supply chain due diligence, product regulations, corporate disclosures, permitting, incident response, audits, and regulatory reporting. Advises multinational manufacturing operations across global sites, manages compliance systems and corrective actions, assesses environmental liabilities in acquisitions, and monitors emerging regulations. Requires collaboration with supply chain, operations, and legal teams, plus expertise in environmental, social compliance, and human rights frameworks.

Lead low-complexity operations projects and support more complex initiatives from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include defining objectives, gathering requirements, developing project plans and roadmaps, managing scope, cost, quality, schedules, risks, staffing, and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, reporting progress, resolving issues, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires Polish and English communication, Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency, engineering experience, and knowledge of SMT and selective soldering production.
