Supplier Development Manager（供应商开发经理）
工作职责
    负责中国区供应商资源开发与维护，持续拓展优质供应商网络，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
    负责供应商开发、资格评估、导入及绩效管理，持续提升供应商响应速度、供货能力及综合竞争力。
    深入电子元器件供应链市场，识别潜在合作伙伴（Broker、授权代理商、原厂等），持续开发新的供应商资源。
    与采购团队紧密合作，支持电子元器件采购需求，协助解决供应短缺及供应链风险问题。
    建立并维护战略供应商关系，推动供应商能力提升及合作规模扩展。
    跨部门协作（采购、质量、运营等），确保供应商符合公司要求及业务发展需求。
    维护供应商信息、绩效数据及相关报告，确保数据准确完整。
    代表公司与供应商进行商务沟通，推广公司价值及合作理念。
任职要求
    本科及以上学历。
    具备采购、供应商开发（Supplier Development）、商务拓展（Business Development）或供应链管理相关经验。
    有电子元器件行业、电子制造业（EMS）、原厂（OEM）、授权代理商（Distributor）相关经验优先。
    熟悉电子元器件供应链生态及市场运作模式。
    优秀的英文口语及书面沟通能力，可独立开展供应商商务沟通。
    具备较强的人际沟通、关系建立及商务谈判能力。
    擅长开发新供应商并维护长期合作关系。
    结果导向，自驱力强，具备较好的问题分析与解决能力
