Owns cabling, link validation, performance testing, infrastructure-as-code, and day-two operations. Provides technical leadership in client workshops, presales scoping, bills of materials, cost estimation, and integration with enterprise networks.

Manage customer success across long-term network, unified communications, and Microsoft support engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor and non-technical escalation point, conduct quarterly business reviews, analyze ticket and service data, resolve issues, mitigate risks, recommend improvements, support renewals, collaborate with account teams, promote service value, and maintain client and OEM relationships.

Manage and grow a strategic cable MSO account by building executive and technical relationships, developing account and solution strategies, identifying and closing complex infrastructure and transformation opportunities, and coordinating sales, architecture, delivery, OEM, and partner teams. Position modern infrastructure solutions spanning AI, GPU platforms, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, observability, and broadband network transformation. Lead workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive engagements while maintaining regular customer presence in Denver.

Works with enterprise clients to drive AI adoption by assessing readiness, identifying use cases, building adoption roadmaps, delivering training, and managing communications and champion programs. Develops prompt guides, AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and adoption metrics. Facilitates workshops and office hours, supports responsible AI and safety practices, maintains risk registers, and creates reusable resources to scale and sustain AI usage.

The Project Manager coordinates projects from scope definition through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, change requests, vendors, and customer satisfaction. The role builds and leads cross-functional teams, tracks financials, metrics, SLAs, and KPIs, and presents project information to executives. It also develops project plans, supports program structures, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives continuous process improvement across supply chain and business operations.

Performs security assessments, vulnerability identification, threat mitigation, security architecture, and implementation of information assurance systems for a DoD Zero Trust program. The role designs and integrates security controls across network, computing, and enclave environments; supports risk management, certification, compliance, and security planning; and assists with installation, migration, and configuration activities across multiple client locations.
