Serve as lead legal counsel for Centene's Medicare brand advising on Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Duals regulatory matters. Research and interpret complex healthcare regulations, draft and negotiate contracts and policies, manage provider disputes and outside counsel, support risk adjustment, MLR, Stars, bids, and cross-functional business implementation.

Lead proposal development and capture efforts for business growth: set strategy, analyze RFPs, create proposal plans and compliance matrices, manage cross-functional teams, write/edit key proposal sections, run reviews, and oversee pipeline and opportunity reporting to support pursuit decisions.

Lead FP&A and G&A finance for a business unit: develop and monitor annual operating plans, forecast and analyze financial performance, manage headcount planning, identify medical cost trends and improvements, support contract financial impact and negotiations, oversee pricing models, reporting strategy, and coordinate with actuaries and senior management.

Lead business transformation by partnering with leaders to identify improvements, design solutions, estimate value, create business architecture models, facilitate workshops, govern architecture, coordinate delivery, track actual versus predicted value, and advise senior leadership.

Lead and execute the enterprise incident response plan, coordinate remediation with business units, and present findings to senior leadership. Monitor breaches, initiate response processes, perform access controls testing and security audits, develop automated response scripts and contingency plans, integrate third-party threat monitoring into CIRT communications, and collaborate with security architects and engineers. Ensure compliance with policies and improve incident response capabilities.

Lead and oversee the Gold Card Program, driving long-term program development, integration across business units, and ensuring consumer experience, clinical, and engineering expertise inform product design. Manage adaptive technology integration, team-based services for behavior change outcomes, and evaluate financial performance and value propositions for program enhancements and new development.

Translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment business requirements into production-ready technical solutions. Develop and modernize SAS ETL workflows to Snowflake, build reusable SAS/SQL/Snowflake assets, implement data quality and validation frameworks for compliant encounter submissions, and provide technical subject-matter expertise, documentation, reporting, and staff guidance.

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions (SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow). Build/configure connectors, code lifecycle event management, troubleshoot IAM issues, enforce IAM policies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive IAM technical strategy, standards, and documentation.

The Vice President will direct provider network activities, lead provider network strategy, manage budget forecasts, and oversee contracting negotiations and analyses for Centene.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional Gold Card program initiatives including planning, governance, execution, risk management, reporting, and operational readiness. Oversee project managers and analysts, maintain program data and documentation, support audits and reassessments, develop executive dashboards, and deliver training and governance materials.
