Lead day-to-day operations of Turo's global creative studio, owning intake, workflow, resourcing, and production. Scale production through AI and in-house capabilities, build systems and processes, drive prioritization and capacity visibility, and partner with creative and marketing leaders to raise creative quality and enable efficient, locally relevant campaigns across global markets.

Serve as primary contact for high-impact host and guest escalations across North America in English and French. Resolve billing, damage, mechanical, reservation, and policy issues; advocate for Quebec regional needs; collaborate cross-functionally; identify trends and improve processes using customer support tools.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Payments team, you'll design new capabilities, migrate legacy services to microservices, and enhance the architecture and application design for Turo's marketplace. You'll lead and develop high-quality code, conduct testing, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve service scalability and reliability.

Own and execute paid and organic top-of-funnel experiments to acquire hosts across Canadian markets. Build roadmaps for creatives, targeting, offers, and landing pages; partner with Creative and media partners; analyze CAC and conversion metrics to optimize supply growth, including bilingual campaigns for Quebec.

Lead quantitative UX research focused on pricing and marketplace dynamics. Design and run large-scale studies (surveys, conjoint, experiments, A/B tests), analyze behavioral data, partner with product, data, and engineering to instrument pipelines, translate findings into strategic narratives, and mentor other researchers while occasionally using qualitative methods.

Investigate high-complexity vehicle claims by interpreting policies, interviewing customers, assessing evidence and damages, determining coverage, negotiating resolutions, and recommending escalations or process improvements.

The role involves building scalable data platforms, developing data pipelines, mentoring engineers, and enhancing data security while collaborating across teams.

Investigate potentially fraudulent or misrepresented auto-sharing claims by reviewing evidence, interviewing parties, analyzing account and claims data, coordinating with law enforcement and NICB, preparing investigative reports, and recommending recoveries or account actions.

Lead strategy and execution for support training, owning onboarding, modular training tracks, and train-the-trainer programs. Manage and develop Training Specialists, partner with QA/Product/Engineering to close knowledge gaps, build scenario-based learning and sandbox exercises, and measure training impact with operational KPIs and learning analytics to drive performance improvements.
