Lead Navan’s executive engagement and community marketing programs for C-suite and VP audiences. Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, advisory boards, VIP experiences, communications, and industry partnerships. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, executives, and product teams to build advocacy, accelerate pipeline, support retention, and generate opportunities. Establish KPIs, measure ROI, manage budgets and vendors, and develop scalable playbooks and operating processes.

Build and operate customer-facing AI agent experiences for loyalty programs, including LLM workflows, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations, monitoring, personalization, and streaming chat. Integrate frontend, backend, APIs, data services, and AI orchestration layers. Partner cross-functionally to ship measurable products, maintain quality, protect sensitive data, and support features in production.

Lead hands-on frontend engineering for Navan’s Edge team, building and improving frontend systems, frameworks, developer tooling, and delivery pipelines. Own features end to end, collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams, conduct design and code reviews, improve performance monitoring and reliability, and mentor engineers. The role also involves full-stack collaboration, driving technical change, and enhancing developer experience and delivery quality.

Own hotel-partner collections and credit control, resolve payment queries, validate commissions against contracts, and improve invoicing and collections processes. Build tracking and reporting mechanisms, document scalable workflows, create cross-functional feedback loops, and deliver revenue recovery improvements. The role partners with finance, business operations, partnerships, leadership, and international hotel partners across multiple countries.

Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across EMEA, including sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing top sales talent. Partner with regional sales leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, manage multiple searches, coordinate interview processes, track recruiting metrics, and deliver excellent stakeholder and candidate experiences. The role requires a persistent, persuasive recruiter with strong organizational, communication, and German-language skills.
