The Lead Value Engineer at SingleStore engages with clients to understand their needs, presents technical solutions, and validates business outcomes, leveraging extensive experience in database technologies and value-based selling.

Lead the AI & Automation CoE to design AI agents and automation pipelines, write Python and SQL for data pipelines and scoring models, engage stakeholders to define requirements, drive end-to-end process improvements and technical projects, and mentor junior team members while integrating third-party systems via APIs and webhooks.

Sell and expand enterprise accounts for SingleStore by leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Develop territory and account plans, acquire new logos, grow existing relationships, partner with Sales Engineering/Development and channel partners, articulate product value to technical and executive stakeholders, and travel within the territory to support customer engagement.

Work on SingleStore's database engine in small teams, building and testing production features. Projects may include query optimizer, SQL performance, fault tolerance, SIMD/LLVM codegen, and LLM/vector index integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally and own features end-to-end.
