Lead organic discoverability strategy for a major PlayStation portfolio across Search and AI experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, create documentation and tuning models, work with UXR and data to iterate on systems, and support implementation and content integration to drive player retention and engagement.

Work on Kubernetes CNIs and underlying systems using eBPF and iptables. Develop and secure infrastructure services with Docker, TypeScript, and Go. Deploy and monitor microservices with Prometheus/Grafana and Elastic Stack, and work with eBPF (Cilium). Debug containerized services in Linux using GDB, networking tools, and Wireshark. Research Kubernetes technologies, integrate new systems into current stacks, provide day-to-day Kubernetes support, and identify/resolve security, efficiency, cost, and process issues.

The Senior Data Scientist will oversee experiment design and analysis for user migration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing advanced statistical methods for decision-making.
