The Staff Site Reliability Engineer will manage large-scale cloud production systems, ensuring reliability and performance, while automating processes and responding to incidents.

Leads India-based Site Reliability Engineering for Okta’s global SaaS platform. Responsibilities include building and managing SRE teams, improving reliability, scalability, observability, automation, incident response, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD, FinOps, and self-service tooling. Partners with global engineering and infrastructure leaders, oversees post-incident reviews and corrective actions, allocates resources, develops talent, and advances cloud infrastructure and software delivery practices.

Lead commission processing and payout operations for more than 2,300 global sellers. Ensure calculation accuracy, reconcile CRM and Workday data with Xactly Incent, resolve disputes, improve workflows, and deploy automation and AI tools. Build dashboards and executive reporting, maintain SOX controls and audit documentation, partner cross-functionally on governance and process changes, and manage a global commissions operations team.

Build and operate reliable, scalable, secure infrastructure for SaaS security and Snowflake data systems. Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and incident response using Terraform, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, and related tools. Ensure security and compliance, participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development, data science, and security teams on architectural decisions and service implementation.

Establish governance, milestones, metrics, risk mitigation, reporting, stakeholder accountability, and executive communication. Develop AI-driven program management processes, coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and enablement teams, support open standards, and conduct strategic analyses. The role requires strong technical and financial acumen, enterprise software expertise, and 6–8+ years in consulting, business operations, or product/GTM-focused roles.

Own and scale Okta’s technology partner ecosystem by managing strategic relationships, launching repeatable partner programs, accelerating integrations and joint go-to-market motions, and driving partner revenue. The role includes onboarding, technical enablement, co-selling, executive alignment, KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and use of AI and automation to improve partner lifecycle management and engagement.
