Lead North Asia sales for cloud security, manage and grow a regional sales team, build strategic sales plans and channel partnerships, drive forecasting and exceed revenue targets while hiring, training and mentoring sales leadership.

Lead and execute a strategic analyst relations (AR) program to increase visibility with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other firms. Manage analyst relationships, secure strong placements in vendor evaluations, integrate AI/automation to scale AR operations, capture and distribute analyst insights, coordinate with Product, PR, and GTM teams, develop analyst-facing content and customer references, and drive participation at industry events. Define AR metrics, manage budgets and contracts, and present to senior executives to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
