The Recruiter will manage the recruitment cycle, build candidate pipelines, support hiring managers, and optimize recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Lead identification and analysis of AI and automation opportunities, translate business needs into technical requirements, write user stories and documentation, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, validate AI outputs, and support AI adoption, change management, and Agile delivery practices.

Provide HR administrative support including responding to employee inquiries, assisting with new hire orientation and onboarding, completing and verifying I-9s, maintaining HRIS and employee files, supporting engagement activities, preparing correspondence, and performing related HR tasks to promote positive employee relations.

Provide L2 technical support for CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud), troubleshoot Vault, Web Portal, Password and Session Manager components, analyze logs and packets, manage privileged credentials across Windows/Linux/databases, advise on vaulting best practices, and coordinate with engineering/global support for SaaS PAM patches.
