As the first Engineering Manager for Money at Databricks India, you will be key to building a base for one of Databricks’ most central engineering orgs. You will own critical components that form the backbone of our business, starting with Databricks’ resource admission control and usage governance infrastructure.

As the Public Sector Go-to-Market Leader at Databricks, you will drive the strategy for growth in the Federal and SLED sectors. This involves building executive relationships, collaborating with teams for account planning, influencing government entities, and ensuring security messaging. You will become a trusted advisor and thought leader while enhancing knowledge of agency operations and improving GTM processes.

As a Technical Product Manager for Marketing Data, you'll leverage Databricks' capabilities to identify new revenue streams, develop product requirements, technical documentation, and a strategic roadmap, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive analysis and strategy in marketing initiatives.
