Field-based Client Success Manager responsible for building and maintaining merchant relationships, driving product adoption and revenue, delivering field training, providing feedback to product/support teams, and meeting territory visit goals.

Lead a team to analyze, optimize, and grow merchant revenue using analytics and AI. Define strategy, set KPIs, deploy ML solutions, drive go-to-market alignment, execute tests, and deliver actionable insights to executives and cross-functional partners.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Rent-to-Own platform. Build products to improve merchant adoption, customer acquisition, application/approval flows, payments, servicing, and portfolio growth. Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritize initiatives, define KPIs, run experiments, and deliver scalable dealer and customer experiences while partnering with engineering, credit, operations, sales, compliance, and CX.

Manage and grow GPCC portfolio, support strategic priorities, develop KPIs, coordinate cross-functional execution, track performance and insights.

Lead and own the Salesforce platform: design/configure automation, manage security, releases and sandboxes, partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve data quality, drive adoption through training, manage integrations and DevOps, and maintain documentation and governance.

Own and strengthen fraud detection program: identify emerging fraud risks, lead complex investigations, analyze large datasets with SQL, manage detection rules (DataVisor), optimize detection performance, and partner cross-functionally to reduce fraud losses while minimizing customer friction.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for large-market accounts: develop territory strategy, build pipeline, create ROI-driven business cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, coordinate cross-functional execution, maintain CRM and forecast discipline, and consistently hit quota while demonstrating executive presence and team-first leadership.

Lead the Credit Building business within the cards organization: define vision and strategy, build data-driven business cases, set KPIs and financial plans, partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to launch and optimize credit-building products, track performance, design experiments, manage tradeoffs, ensure regulatory and risk compliance, and drive cross-sell and lifecycle initiatives to grow customer outcomes and business metrics.

Lead ecommerce operations and revenue growth, aligning strategy and execution across teams to enhance customer experience and meet financial targets.
