Act as the primary regional business partner for sales leadership in Japan, driving territory and quota execution, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and Run-the-Business processes. Influence product and design strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering, mentor designers, and elevate design quality and storytelling across distributed teams.

Lead strategy and architecture for the enterprise knowledge/context layer powering AI: set standards, control models, connector strategy, and federated operating models. Ensure content is AI-ready, permissions-aware, and measurable for retrieval and grounding. Partner with IT, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Security to define eligibility, sensitivity, and lifecycle policies and drive adoption across domains.

Lead and scale Dropbox's enterprise competitive intelligence across multiple products. Build an operating model to collect and analyze competitor activity, win/loss, market shifts, and field signals. Deliver executive briefings, battlecards, alerts, and decision-ready recommendations to Sales, Product, and GTM teams. Lead Dropbox's enterprise competitive intelligence across multiple product lines. Build an operating model to collect, analyze, and distribute competitive and market insights. Produce executive briefings, battlecards, win/loss analysis, and actionable recommendations to inform sales, product, and GTM strategy. Modernize programs using AI, automation, and research platforms while partnering cross-functionally to measure impact and enable customer-facing teams.
