Lead cross-functional delivery of E-7 aircraft Design Organisation services, ensuring safety, quality, cost and contractual KPIs. Integrate global Boeing teams and international partners, manage assigned project managers, maintain governance and programme processes, drive continuous improvement, resolve complex technical and contractual issues, and sustain stakeholder and MoD relationships.

Develop software solutions for aviation systems, focusing on simulation and integration within agile teams while providing technical leadership and process improvements.
