Lead developer platform engineering across GitLab, CI/CD, progressive delivery, cloud infrastructure, and release safety. Develop asynchronous, event-driven, distributed systems with queues, persistence, retries, and failure recovery. Improve reliability through observability, testing, deployment tooling, and incident follow-up while collaborating across engineering and product teams.

Leads Alteryx’s global product design organization of approximately 30 designers across four teams. The role sets UX and AI-powered product strategy, influences roadmaps, establishes scalable design operations and metrics, oversees staffing and budgets, and develops design leaders and career paths. It partners with product, engineering, research, and executive teams to deliver trustworthy, explainable, accessible, and high-quality experiences across complex data and analytics products.

Leads the AI product strategy and roadmap, extending governed Alteryx workflows and business logic into enterprise AI agents and LLM ecosystems. Owns the Faster, Better, Cheaper ROI narrative, benchmarks product performance, quantifies customer value, champions trustworthy AI through the VURA framework, and represents the product vision with customers, analysts, and external audiences.

Lead Alteryx’s global Total Rewards function across compensation and benefits. Develop integrated rewards strategies, oversee compensation planning and benefits programs, support executive compensation and equity governance, modernize operations through technology and automation, and partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation. Build and develop a high-performing team while driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and an improved employee experience.

Partner with global field sales as the primary FP&A lead to drive revenue forecasting, headcount and capacity planning, productivity metrics, and executive-level financial narratives to support strategic GTM decisions.

Drive enterprise sales of Alteryx’s analytics platform by prospecting named accounts, engaging C-suite stakeholders, building trusted relationships, creating account and deal strategies, managing pipelines, and closing complex subscription-based opportunities.
