Define technical vision and execution for cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), IaC (Terraform), observability (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana), incident management, SLO/SLI/error budget frameworks, and reliability programs. Partner with Security, Compliance, Product, and Customer Operations to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available SaaS services while building and mentoring engineering leaders.

Lead Alteryx's global Total Rewards function by developing integrated compensation and benefits strategy, modernizing operations through technology and automation, partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll and AI teams, driving compensation planning and executive equity governance, and building a high-performing Total Rewards team to support growth and employee experience.

Own product marketing for Alteryx CDP & Data Connectivity portfolio—Live Query, OCR Tools, Intel Suite, Data Products, and Connect. Build positioning, launch plans, enablement, competitive battlecards, demos, and case studies. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Ecosystem teams, and field to drive GTM, messaging, and ecosystem alignment for cloud data platforms and data integration scenarios.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements for enterprise customers, design demos and POCs, recommend Alteryx-based AI, automation, and cloud analytics solutions, mentor junior engineers, and advise on cloud migrations, data governance, and scalable analytics best practices.

The Senior GTM Strategy Lead will architect high-impact initiatives focusing on AI and cloud strategies, operationalizing them for measurable outcomes while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Generate qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospecting plans, perform account mapping, qualify marketing leads, manage a large territory and high lead volume, make 50+ dials daily, build relationships, and communicate Alteryx value to executives and business stakeholders.
