Leads the strategy, development, and delivery of Nordstrom’s PDLC Agents Platform, an AI-native software delivery system using multi-agent orchestration, digital workers, persistent project memory, evaluations, governance, observability, and safety guardrails. Defines platform strategy, enforces policy-as-code ship gates, drives open agent standards, partners across engineering and business teams, and builds and mentors a high-performing engineering organization.

Leads Nordstrom’s enterprise Identity Security Operations function, overseeing identity platforms, access lifecycle operations, privileged access, incidents, service levels, automation, staffing, budgets, vendors, compliance, and operational roadmaps. Manages managers, engineers, analysts, and managed-service teams while partnering with Identity Engineering to ensure new capabilities are supportable, secure, observable, and production-ready.

Lead design and delivery of an AI agent platform: agent orchestration, tool pipelines, memory systems, and APIs. Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG into scalable, observable services. Own end-to-end designs, code reviews, cross-functional collaboration, reliability improvements, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security and platform standards.

The Technical Designer collaborates with teams to ensure design alignment, manages fit and construction, and leads fit sessions for product development.

As a Senior Engineer 2, you'll design and deliver scalable technology solutions for supply chain operations, collaborate with teams, ensure code quality, and integrate AI/ML tools for optimization.

Lead cross-engineer designs, build AI infrastructure, automate deployments on AWS/Kubernetes, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and data teams, and ensure performance, reliability, and security.

Lead end-to-end technical programs in an agile environment: define requirements, drive design and implementation, manage scope/schedule, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, improve processes, and ensure delivery of secure, reliable platform services.
