Lead and grow the attack surface management program by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing exposures; drive remediation and automation; collaborate with AppSec, DevOps, and cloud teams; maintain standards, runbooks, and attack surface maps; present risk metrics; mentor teammates; and lead compliance activities (e.g., PCI).

Partners with Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory teams, serves as a subject matter expert on inventory deployment tools, and contributes to process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce waste.

Leads Nordstrom Rack’s copy function, brand voice, messaging strategy, campaign storytelling, and social/video content. Builds scalable copy systems, playbooks, prompt libraries, and QA processes; guides creative execution; mentors writers and editors; partners cross-functionally; integrates AI and automation into workflows; and uses performance insights to improve messaging outcomes.

Manage small-project accounting from project setup through closeout, including contract administration, Oracle and purchasing-system setup, fixed-asset classification, use-tax assessment, transaction documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. Lead on-site store fixture installation processes, travel as needed, support cross-functional operations, cross-train team members, and improve accounting procedures.

Lead AI/ML discovery product strategy and roadmap for search and recommendations. Partner with engineering, data science, design, and research to build AI-native discovery experiences. Drive experimentation and A/B testing, define metrics, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog and releases, own launch plans and post-launch validation, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Develop and enhance data warehouses, BI platforms, Tableau dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions. Analyze data, fulfill rapid reporting requests, identify actionable insights, automate reporting processes, and collaborate with business, BI, and IT stakeholders to improve data quality and decision-making.

Leads enterprise identity and access management architecture, strategy, governance, and automation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Defines agentic identity standards for AI agents and non-human identities, advises executives and technical teams, evaluates emerging IAM technologies, and oversees threat modeling, incident response, compliance, and risk management. Mentors identity professionals, drives identity innovation, and communicates IAM roadmaps and risk posture to senior leadership.
