Partners with detection engineering, administers case-management workflows, applies Git-based engineering and CI/CD practices, measures automation effectiveness, and creates technical documentation and runbooks.

Serve as primary operational advisor for a portfolio of premium SaaS customers, driving onboarding, adoption, fraud analysis, operational support, strategic consulting, and expansion. Monitor customer health, lead projects, translate data into recommendations, collaborate with Sales/Product, and ensure delivery and long-term value.
