Team Overview
As an Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Delivery Lead within Global Operations, you will lead one of the delivery pods responsible for executing a portfolio of technology-enabled solutions across transformation programs. This role is accountable for managing a multidisciplinary technical team delivering solutions across intelligent automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and pro-code application development, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes.You will be responsible for leading technical delivery resources, applying hands-on solution architecture experience to guide implementation decisions, translating approved solution designs into scalable and sustainable delivery plans, and ensuring solutions are delivered in alignment with enterprise strategy, governance, architecture, and performance expectations. AI/ML remains a significant area of focus and direction of travel, but the role spans a broader set of solution types needed to modernize operational workflows.
You will collaborate closely with the Design team, Capability Development team, Global Operations, Global Technology, Data Science & Analytics, and other solution partners to move prioritized opportunities from design into execution and deliver integrated, scalable solutions that create measurable business value. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Solution Delivery Leadership
- Lead a delivery pod responsible for executing technology-enabled solutions across intelligent automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and pro-code application development.
- Translate approved business and solution designs into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and implementation outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with capability standards, governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, and operational performance expectations, using hands-on architecture experience to guide key delivery decisions.
Collaboration with Design and Capability Development
- Partner with Solution Design leads to receive and refine solution designs, clarify delivery requirements, and support smooth transition from design into execution.
- Collaborate with Capability Development Leads to leverage approved platforms, reusable assets, standards, and delivery patterns.
- Provide delivery feedback to inform capability maturity, solution standards, tool adoption, and future design considerations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business, technology, analytics, design, and capability stakeholders to align delivery priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Communicate solution strategy, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Global Operations, Technology, Data Science, Solution Design, and Capability Development teams.
Talent & Resource Management
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical delivery team, including resources supporting automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and application development initiatives.
- Support skill development and promote a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Manage resource allocation and team structure to support agile delivery.
Delivery Governance
- Ensure delivered solutions meet compliance, risk, security, ethical AI, operational readiness, and performance standards.
- Participate in governance forums to review solution progress, risks, and alignment.
- Maintain transparency and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications and Education:
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, Transformation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation, automation, AI/ML, workflow, or application delivery initiatives, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions that improve operational performance.
- Hands-on technical and solution architecture experience across intelligent automation, AI/ML-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and application delivery, with the ability to guide technical teams, assess implementation trade-offs, and ensure delivery decisions align with enterprise standards.
- Experience partnering with process design, business operations, transformation, technology, data science, and capability teams to move solutions from concept through delivery.
- Familiarity with delivery governance, risk management, compliance expectations, ethical AI practices, and enterprise technology standards.
- Background in business operations, process transformation, or operating model change is a plus, particularly where paired with experience leading technical delivery resources.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and delivery execution skills.
