Lead EMEA Sales Operations, manage a small team, design and optimize GTM strategies, analyze data to identify trends, maintain sales reporting and dashboards, deliver training, support deal desk and quotes, improve Salesforce/CPQ processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales productivity and operational excellence.

Provide proactive, named technical support for premium FedRAMP accounts: troubleshoot and escalate incidents, optimize customer systems, manage escalations and projects, engage cross-functionally with sales and engineering, and deliver excellent customer experience while maintaining FedRAMP compliance.
