What You'll Do
- Serve as the Sales Operations team lead for EMEA, acting as the primary point of contact for EMEA sales leaders and teams, and leading a small team of Sales Operations Managers and Analysts.
- Design, implement, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies and revenue enablement levers for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global company goals across sales, marketing, channel, services, and customer success.
- Proactively identify business trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities using quantitative analysis and business insight; drive remediation and improvement initiatives through data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and intelligence, recommending revisions or developing new tools as needed.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc metrics for EMEA leadership to report on business drivers and regional performance; make actionable recommendations based on data trends.
- Be responsible for and ensure the delivery of training to EMEA sales, sales management, and sales support staff, partnering closely with global teams as needed.
- Provide ground support for the EMEA sales team, including processing day-to-day operational requests (e.g., customer-facing quotes, approval requests, deal support).
- Collaborate with other regional and global sales operations teams to ensure process alignment and share best practices.
- Lead and execute projects that improve sales productivity, efficiency, and data integrity in Salesforce.com and related sales tools.
- Work with Global Deal Desk & Revenue Accounting teams to localize workflows and drive operational excellence in EMEA.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and operational initiatives as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales, business management, or a similar analytical role, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a small team, with a validated ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members.
- At least 2-3 years of direct experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), including reporting and dashboard creation. Salesforce Admin experience is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business strategies; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts) are required.
- Experience planning and leading strategic and operational projects, with a focus on process improvement and driving results.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS business metrics, key revenue generation indicators, and sales processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a positive demeanor and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively across global and regional teams.
- Proven record to build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and results.
