Lead R&D for advanced navigation and alternative PNT systems in aerospace. Design, develop, and standardize new products, manage projects and risks, produce technical reports, and support customer engagement and business development.

Design, support, and refine Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. Lead Teamcenter enhancement activities, align technical approaches with business objectives, perform architecture and data model configuration, Active Workspace customization, and support multi-site PLM deployments for aerospace.

Provide materials and process engineering expertise focused on machining for aerospace gas turbine components. Support product development, resolve machining issues with suppliers, perform process audits, assess suppliers, liaise with engineering/quality/supply chain, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead cybersecurity for flight recorders and related ground support equipment through the full software lifecycle. Define system-level security requirements, perform threat modeling and risk assessments, oversee verification/validation and vulnerability assessments, ensure compliance with aviation cybersecurity standards, and coordinate with engineering, certification, suppliers and customers to deliver secure, certified avionics products.

Lead and execute large, multi-system engineering development programs to meet scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality goals. Define and implement program plans, manage risks, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cross-functional coordination. Mentor team members, present program status, and drive on-time delivery across multiple domestic locations.
