As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior Advanced NC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. You will report directly to our Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location onsite.

- Lead and oversee advanced machining processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement NC programs to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Proven experience in NC programming, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong knowledge of NC programming in NX and using Vericut verification software.
- Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement and project execution.
- Familiar with NX or similar CAD software.

The annual base salary range for this position is $119,600 to $177,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
