Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary systems engineering team developing RF Electronic Warfare systems. Oversee requirements, architecture, integration, verification, cost/schedule, and technical strategy. Drive proposals, trade studies, performance modeling, and collaboration across engineering, program management, and customers to deliver mission-critical airborne, maritime, and ground systems.

On-site in Phoenix; requires U.S. person and senior experience.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for assigned commodity/site: run RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, onboard suppliers, manage supplier performance and projects, expedite orders, ensure compliance with company policies and export/import regulations, and drive cost savings and working-capital reductions.

Lead supplier quality activities to ensure supplier compliance with Honeywell standards and regulatory requirements. Manage supplier relationships, perform audits, drive RCCA and continuous improvement, support PFMEA and control plan efforts, train teams in Six Sigma, and travel to supplier sites to resolve complex quality issues and improve supplier performance.

Drive ISC financial and operational analytics by modeling large datasets, building dashboards, and automating reports. Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, planning, and data-quality improvements while influencing system and process enhancements.

Drive improvements in aerospace manufacturing by analyzing processes, dispositioning non-conforming materials, leading root-cause investigations, supporting NPI, creating work instructions, reducing defects, and improving throughput and quality through cross-functional collaboration.
