Lead Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and Value Engineering initiatives to drive material productivity and savings. Oversee electrical VE team, develop VE pipelines, implement VE MOS, collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing and engineering, mentor global team members, deploy data-driven solutions and dashboards, and apply project management best practices to improve CPI/SPI and milestone delivery.

Lead supplier development strategy and a team to improve supplier performance, capacity, quality, cost, and delivery. Apply Lean/Six Sigma, create metrics and RAIL milestone charts, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel domestically and globally to drive supplier rate readiness and growth.
