Leads global commercial strategy and sales execution for Honeywell’s UAS and UAM businesses. Builds and scales sales teams, develops market coverage and channel models, manages complex customer opportunities and negotiations, expands UAM accounts, and partners cross-functionally on solutions and product roadmaps. Owns forecasting, pipeline discipline, competitive insights, and commercial performance while representing Honeywell at industry events and regulatory forums.

Manage moderate-sized aerospace new product development programs from planning through execution. Develop embedded software for aerospace electronic controller systems, including requirements, architecture, coding, integration, certification, testing, verification, validation, feature definition, and customer support. The role requires C programming and values C++, Python, model-based development, software lifecycle knowledge, configuration management, analytical ability, and effective collaboration. This is a hybrid position in Phoenix, Arizona, with no relocation offered.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and delivery of APU programs. Resolve in-service engineering issues, develop technical change proposals, manage project plans, mitigate risks, mentor junior team members, and present status to stakeholders.

Lead development and deployment of AI/ML methods for mechanical design, CFD, and structural analysis. Build surrogate and reduced-order models, automate simulation workflows, improve prediction accuracy, and collaborate with engineering stakeholders to translate physics-informed AI into production engineering solutions.

Lead manufacturing engineering activities for aerospace hardware: troubleshoot production and test issues, drive yield and quality improvements using Six Sigma and structured problem-solving, lead RCCA, implement SPC and PFMEA, support obsolescence/dual-sourcing, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency.

Lead a team to develop, govern, and integrate systems engineering tools and processes into a model-based digital engineering ecosystem. Drive requirements, lifecycle, configuration management, development assurance (ARP4754), MBSE integration, ALM tool administration, AI-enabled tooling, training, and cross-functional change adoption across Aerospace Engines & Power Systems.

Perform systems requirements analysis and authoring, system integration, and verification/validation (test planning, execution, data analysis). Develop reusable code, automate testing and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot features, and collaborate across teams to meet avionics networking and cybersecurity requirements.

Develop, test, and maintain software tools for aerospace systems. Translate requirements into implementations, perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects, collaborate with global engineering teams, and support release documentation.

Design, develop, and test aerospace electrical hardware. Support documentation and change-impact analysis, perform lab testing, assist root-cause analysis, participate in customer meetings, and collaborate across engineering teams.
