Engages customers, suppliers, regulators, and internal functions while approving engineering processes and technical plans. Develops engineering talent through mentoring, training, knowledge transfer, and succession planning, and drives transformational improvements across commercial and military programs.

Lead complex aerospace development programs across multiple systems, functions, workstreams, and domestic locations. Define and execute program plans while managing scope, schedule, cost, delivery, quality, risks, forecasts, capacity, and integrated schedules. Coordinate technology development and production, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, present program status, resolve key issues, and mentor team members. The role requires strong requirements management, financial oversight, planning, estimation, earned value management, and program execution expertise.

Develop and test satellite communication terminals for aircraft and UAVs.
